In 1967 our founder David Shellenberger played his first event,
a dance at a race track, with a reel-to-reel tape player.

Since that first show almost 40 years ago, Music Makers has
serviced over 13,000 musical events and has grown into the
oldest and most respected Mobile Disc Jockey, Entertainment
and Events company under continuous ownership in
Washington state. We have played practically every type of
music (from Classical to Jazz to Hip Hop to Punk to Tibetan to
Barbershop to Klezmer) and have trained many of the best
DJ's and MC's in the business.

We are proud to name Microsoft, the Seattle Seahawks,
Nordstroms, Boeing, Real Networks and many more of the
most prestigeous names in Western Washington as our clients.
